Two Dignity Operation personnel were killed by sniper fire from the Benghazi Shura Council in Akhribish district north of the city on Friday, according to a source from the Shura Council.
The source added that the two men were part of a reconnaissance group of Hefter’s self-styled army that tried to infiltrate their strongholds in the area. Hefter's militia have not launched any attack on Akhribish and Sabri since last night, with landmine explosions heard without knowing the extent of human and material losses in Dignity Operation forces ranks.
According to military and medical sources at Al-Jalaa Hospital, the emergency and accidents department received 19 dead bodies and 86 wounded from Dignity forces during the recent military operations in the areas of Sabri and the City Center in north Benghazi.
