The House of Representatives, based in the eastern city of Tobruk denounced the decision made by the President of the Presidential Council of the UN proposed government regarding the division of Libya into seven military areas.
The reason given for their rejection was on the pretext that it is unconstitutional and contrary to the initial adoption of the House of Representatives in the political agreement.
On Saturday evening, the House of Representatives stated, "This decision and all decisions of the Presidential Council are invalid and unconstitutional in accordance with the constitutional declaration and the provisions of the Libyan judiciary."
