The military governor of Derna, Hamad Al-Shilwi was kidnapped on Wednesday by a group of gunmen, who beat him all the way to his unknown detention, confirmed sources from the city. Al-Shilwi was released hours later after the intervention of pro-Dignity Operation leaderships.

Deterrent and Intervention Joint Force of Abu Salim said the explosion heard in Tripoli on Firday was at Al-Naser Wood, where Tanks Brigade is located, denying rumors about clashes and random shelling.
