The Chairman of the Commerce and Industry Chamber in Tobruk, Ibrahim Al-Jarari, has urged the Libyan Commerce Chamber and the Libyan Businesspersons Council to hold an emergency meeting over the seizing of Libyan ships by Tunisian Customs Department.

The Presidential Council of the UN-proposed government has decided to form a committee headed by the Minister of Local Governing, Baddad Gansu, to be tasked to communicate with the conflicting parties in the Libyan southern region to reach an agreement by which the ceasefire can commence.

The House of Representatives in Tobruk denounced the call of the Presidential Council on the international community to intervene and resolve the "military escalation in southern Libya. In a statement, the HoR considered that such a call is in favor of what it described the armed militias and the smuggling gangs and the groups that destroyed the country.

The commander of the Libyan National Guard (LNG) of the National Salvation Government, Mahmoud Al-Zaqel, called on the forces positioned in southern Libya to fight whom he described "the idiot war criminal Khalifa Haftar." as he is carrying out an agenda that is meant to destroy Libya and then appoint himself as a military ruler in the country.

Shortage of fuel and its increased prices in the black market in Ubari city led to suspension of study at Education Faulty of Sabha University. The dean of the faculty said the study suspension came to answer the current hike in prices and shortage of cash and fuel.

Fuel and gas committee of Brega Company said they started pumping fuel into Sabha gas stations after ten days of stoppage due to clashes in southern Libya. 12 filling stations were filled with fuel and other will be filled later.

The Head of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sirraj, urged the Ministry of Finance to immediately freeze the bank accounts and assets of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Ministry until he says otherwise, without giving details.

The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya Al-Sidiq Al-Kabeer said changing the exchange rates of the Libyan dinar is tied to a number of economic procedures in order to have an effect in the market. He added that CBL hasn't got a magical wand that would allow it to provide foreign currency and solve the shortage of cash. Al-Kabeer also added that the political unrest led to the fact that there are now 28 billion dinars outside the banks. He said his press conference in the coming days will be more detailed.

Central Tripoli Municipality and Mansoura Al-Jadeeda Company celebrated the adaptation of a new plan that will see Al-Mansoura area in Tripoli as part of a project aimed at developing the city. The event included a presentation of the vision for the development project.

The Presidential Council allocated 8 million dinars for the Tobruk Water Desalination Station from the emergency budget of the council. The PC urged the Central Bank of Libya and the relevant authorities to send the allocated money to the Libyan Water Company's bank account. The Audit Bureau also agreed on the step if the money was used as described by the PC.

The Head of the Ibn Sina hospital in Sirte held many meetings in an attempt to get all the departments of the hospital ready for reopening it in about two days, according to sources from the crisis committee in Sirte.

Sources from southern Libya said that the conflict between Dignity Operation forces and the forces of the UN-proposed government came to terms regarding a ceasefire truce for three days. This truce comes after mediation by figures from Nafousa Mountain and after calls from different tribes to avoid military escalation in the south.
