The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL) Al-Sidiq Al-Kabeer, has attributed the falling of the dinar's value against foreign currencies to the current political division, which also badly influenced the banking system as a whole.

A Dignity Operation fighter aircraft carried out an airstrike in Derna on Sunday and targeted the city’s main textile factory in Fatayah region. Although no casualties were reported, the factory was completely destroyed, according to eyewitnesses. It is the sixth air attack on Fatayah region within a week.

Tarhouna and Bani Walid road was reopened on Saturday after efforts exerted by elders of nearby districts, sources from Tarhouna said. The road was closed by Tarhouna security department over interventions by "outlaws," from Bani Walid.
