The UN-proposed government's Presidential Council (PC) announced Wednesday the start of the return of Tripoli IDPs to their houses as a first step in a series of others aiming at returning all IDPS to their cities and districts, according to the PC's media office.

Five civilians were killed and eighteen others wounded in an exchange of fire outside Tripoli’s Mitiga Airport on Tuesday, the Health Ministry reported.

Flights in Mitiga airport have been resumed after they had been suspended due to the ongoing clashes in one part of the airport, Security sources from Mitiga Airport in Libya's capital said. This hustle and bustle at the airport comes after an exchange of fire and rockets nearby the airport killed five civilians on the beach opposite to the airport on Tuesday. Earlier on Wednesday, sources from Mitiga airport said that flights had been rescheduled to Misrata airport.

Ghadames municipality said that Al-Hussam Company decided to start two flights a week from Ghadames airport to Mitiga airport starting on Wednesday. The municipality said this step comes after all the efforts exerted to operate Ghadames airport and solve all of its problems whether logistical, technical or any other issues.

According to sources, the newy Head of the UNSMIL, Ghassan Salame, is intending to visit Tobruk before Tripoli to meet with a number of parties before the launch of negotiations in The Hague about the conflicting issues between the House of Representatives in east Libya and the High Council of State in western Libya.

Zliten municipal members discussed with the Turkish consul development issues and projects as well as the hurdles hindering the work of Turkish companies in the city. They also discussed using the Turkish expertise in historical documentation and in building a cultural zone that includes Zliten's historical legacy, let alone discussing the start of a Turkish company to implement the Educational Hospital of Zliten.

The head of Tobruk desalination station Fathallah Al-Naas said the station will have to decrease daily output from 36.000 m³ to 24.000 m³ as they are short of chemicals needed to operate the station. He added that all they have now will only keep the station operational till before the end of July as they had some chemicals given to the stations from Zliten desalination station, adding that this could lead to a drinking water crisis in Tobruk.

Head of Presidential Council of the UN-proposed government, Fayez Al-Sirraj met a delegation from Qasir Benghashir and Al-Nawahi Al-Arbaa to discuss the issues in the two districts and compensations for residents who were harmed by previous clashes in the two areas. Al-Sirraj promised to tackle the issue.

Gas and fuel crisis committee in Sabratha met with several filling stations' owners and vowed to help them bring fuel tank trucks from Brega company in Al-Zawiya city and to secure those trucks on the road.

The spokesman of Dignity Operation Ahmed Al-Mismari leveled a verbal attack on the UN-proposed government and its Prime Minister, Fayez Al-Sirraj, saying it's an unconstitutional and rejected government, saying that no meeting with Al-Sirraj will take place before the latter abides by the conditions of the Abu Dhabi meeting with Haftar. Al-Mismari also accused - in a press conference in Cairo - the Presidential Council of including terrorists, saying the PC member Ahmed Mitig is a Muslim Brotherhood member, Abdelsalam Kajman a member of Al-Qaeda and Al-Sirraj is a puppet as militias are the decision makers in Tripoli.

The head of the investigation department in Ras Ajdair border Mohammed Mardiya said traveling movement is normal on Wednesday after it had been reopened following the closure due to the blocking of the road between the border and Ben Guerdane by Tunisian protesters.
