News In Brief:
The Technical Team for the Evaluation and Control of Libyan Shores started on Tuesday a field study of the beaches targeted by the General Authority for Environment, extending from Janzour in the west to Qarabulli in the east.
The Team conducted several tests of random samples taken from the beaches used by the citizens for swimming that showed a high percentage of pollution due to untreated sewage outfalls.
