The Administrative Oversight Commission officially warned both the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UN proposed government, not to finalise and issue any decisions on the sending of new financial observers to work abroad before referencing them. The administrative body said in a statement that proposed candidates must be filtered in terms of having no previous criminal offenses or irregularities in their financial or administrative history. They also must not be wanted by the Department of Investigation of the within the Commission, noting that these conditions and criteria must apply to all names nominated in accordance with the regulations in force regarding this matter.
