Russia is ready to cooperate with the whole variety of Libyan parties to help them have a way out of the current political juncture in the country, said the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Bogdanov, said that he spoke with a delegation from Libya that represents social and political powers from Misrata city.

The delegation was headed by the senior leader of United Libya Movement, Abdelhamid Dabiba, according to the Russian FM's statement.

The Russian officials stressed in the meeting on the significance of holding a comprehensive Libyan dialogue that includes all main political stakeholders and representatives from all the regions so that a national political body can be created along with police and military institutions that can secure Libya's sovereignty and fight any terror threats.

"Moscow is ready to cooperate with all Libyan parties to find solutions to the current state of affairs in Libya and to create a good environment to regain the country's unity." The statement says.

Senior commanders of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos Operation and political activists from the city of Misrata held talks in Moscow on Tuesday with officials from Russian state Duma, the Kremlin and Russian envoy to Tripoli over the political and security situations in Libya,
