The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) expected, in its daily bulletin that the weather fluctuations affect the northwestern regions with a chance of moderate to heavy rain on (coastal regions from Ras Jadir to Misrata and the interior regions - Jafara Plain – Nafusa Mountain regions - Tarhuna - Misrata - Bani Walid), and will be heavy today evening and tomorrow, especially in the Greater Tripoli region, which could cause some valleys to flow and a rise in water levels in low-lying areas, and perhaps limited flooding in some other places with active to strong wind.
Libyan delegation reviews boosting trade and economic cooperation with Turkey
A delegation of representatives of leading institutions in commercial and economic development in Libya discussed with the Head of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, Şekib Avdagiç, opportunities for bilateral cooperation and strengthening trade relations between the two countries.
This came during the visit of the Libyan delegation headed by Murtaza Karanfil, representative of the Turkish Independent Businessmen and Industrialists Association (MUSIAD) in Libya, to the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.
Libya defeats Rwanda, revives hopes for AFCON qualification
The Libyan national football team secured a crucial 1-0 victory against Rwanda on Thursday evening in Kigali during the fifth round of qualifiers for the African Cup of Nations (AFCON), set to take place in Morocco next year.

Libya braces for heavy rainfall and flash floods
The National Safety Authority has raised its preparedness level across all branches nationwide following warnings of severe weather conditions. The National Meteorological Centre has forecast heavy rainfall in the Greater Tripoli region starting Thursday, with the potential for thunderstorms and flash flooding in several areas.
In a statement, the authority emphasized the need for urgent interventions to safeguard lives and property. Coordination with security forces, emergency services, and relief agencies has been intensified to ensure a comprehensive response to any emergencies that may arise.
Libya holds workshop on educational policy development
The Libyan National Security Council hosted its second workshop on Saturday in Tripoli, titled "Educational Policies: Between Reality and Development." The event brought together education specialists, school administrators, training centre representatives, curriculum developers, social workers, and parents to discuss Libya's education system.
Seasonal flu vaccination campaign launched by NCDC

Municipal elections nullify invalid arguments
