Dbeibah says parallel spending has amounted this year to 40 billion dinars

‎The Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah said that his government was subject to oversight which what he called "parallel spending" was not subjected to, adding that this spending amounted to more than 40 billion dinars in 2024.

‎Dbeibah said during his speech within the government's activities to mark the International Anti-Corruption Day in Tripoli on Monday, that what was allocated to one of the entities not subject to oversight exceeds the development budget in Libya for more than four years.
