The Deputy Head of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi, said that the national reconciliation project is a national one par excellence and cannot be internationalized, stressing in a statement on Monday the need for reconciliation between Libyans to be a purely Libyan act, while respecting the supporting role of international institutions.
