Eekad: YK-ATD cargo plane of Al-Assad regime is currently in Libya's Sabha airport

An investigation conducted by “Eekad” platform has uncovered the fate of the Syrian Airlines cargo fleet following the fall of Bashar Al-Assad. The fleet consists of three Russian-made Ilyushin Il-76 military and civilian transport aircraft.

According to the findings of the “Eekad” team, navigational data and flight analysis showed that the three planes took different routes after Assad’s fall. However, one of them has continued to operate in parts of Libya under the control of Khalifa Haftar.

After being on the run for years, war crimes fugitive detained

The Internal Security Apparatus announced on Friday the arrest of Mohammed Al-Azraq, known as “Al-Tahli,” one of the most internationally wanted figures for war crimes, including mass graves and horrific violations in the city of Tarhouna.

The Apparatus released footage featuring the suspect’s confessions about the crimes he committed as part of Al-Kani militias. It confirmed that investigations are ongoing and that all those involved in human rights violations will be pursued. It stressed that security operations will not stop until everyone proven to be involved is held accountable.

Libya's Health Minister reviews Ebola developments with WHO

The Deputy Prime Minister and Acting Minister of Health, Ramadan Abu Janah, discussed in a meeting on Sunday the regional and international epidemiological status of the Ebola virus with representatives of the World Health Organization (WHO).

The meeting was attended by the Director of the National Center for Disease Control, Haider Al-Sayeh, the Director of the Medical Supply Authority, Osama Al-Warghami, and several other department heads and specialists.
