The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed solidarity with the Syrian people following significant political changes in Syria.
In a statement, the ministry reaffirmed Libya’s support for the Syrian people’s aspirations for freedom and justice, describing the developments as the culmination of years of struggle against oppression.
The statement emphasized the importance of building a democratic state that ensures justice for all and supports the safe and dignified return of refugees and displaced persons.

The National Safety Authority has raised its preparedness level across all branches nationwide following warnings of severe weather conditions. The National Meteorological Centre has forecast heavy rainfall in the Greater Tripoli region starting Thursday, with the potential for thunderstorms and flash flooding in several areas.
