Local official says 40.000 Sudanese refugees are registered in Al-Kufra
Al-Kufra Municipality spokesman Abdullah Suleiman said that the number of documented Sudanese refugees reached 40,000, in addition to those who enter Libya and are not registered.
Suleiman added in a statement to Reuters that the humanitarian conditions experienced by Sudanese refugees are extremely difficult, pointing to the lack and weakness of support from both local and international organizations.
CBL denies "rumors" about financial data, says it's committed to transparency
The Central Bank of Libya (CBL) has denied what it describes as misleading news and rumors that are spread about the financial statements published by the CBL recently.
It explained in a statement on its official Facebook page that what it published regarding the public revenue and expenditure data comes within its full commitment to transparency and all regulatory legislation. It confirmed that it had sufficient resources to end the public debt, noting that the previous administration did not disclose those resources.

Libya's telecom authority reviews progress on 5G roadmap
The Chairman of Libya’s General Authority for Communications and Informatics has reviewed the progress of a committee tasked with preparing a roadmap for the implementation of 5G and future technologies.
During a meeting at the Authority’s HQ, the committee provided an update on its work, including the evaluation of the draft 5G roadmap. The presentation covered technical specifications and recommended scenarios for launching 5G services.
The discussion also touched upon preparations for post-5G advancements, with a focus on telecom tower sharing and cybersecurity regulations.
