After long negotiations, Misrata and Tawergha signed in Tunisia Wednesday an agreement that will see the return of the displaced from Tawergha to their houses and the compensation for the damage done to both parties.

The agreement was signed by the heads of the dialogue committees of the two cities on behalf of Misrata and Tawergha municipalities.

Southern Petroleum Facilities Guard says will conditionally allow oil to pump

Oil won’t be pumped out of the oil fields we control until the workers get paid the three-year-delayed salaries and until the health and housing facilities of the workers get improved, the commander of the Petroleum Facilities Guard in the south, Mohammed Khabasha said.

Khabasha told the press that they informed all the relevant authorities as well as the Presidential Council of the UN-proposed government about their demands, yet none replied.

Afriqiyah Airways plane vandalized in Mitiga airport

The Afriqiyah Airways said one of its planes was vandalized in Mitiga Airport in Tripoli when it was preparing to transport 250 injured fighters of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos forces on Tuesday.

On Facebook, the airliner company said a group of people was seen vandalizing the plane in the Tripoli-based Mitiga airport by deflating the tires of the Airbus A330-300 on purpose, pointing out that the group’s aims were merely sabotage-oriented and against humanitarianism.

The spokesman of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos military operation, Mohammed Al-Ghasri, said the end of the war on IS militants in Sirte is looming as the Misrata-led forces are now battling IS in a 2 km area, pinpointing that they seized the entire residential area (1) on Monday.

Al-Ghasri added in a statement on Tuesday that all the clashes are now taking place in some parts of the residential area (3) and the military-sea district, Jiza, which lies to the north of the residential area (1) and next to the residential area (3).
