The Education Ministry of the UN-proposed government has announced that it has finalised its procedures with the Central Bank of Libya regarding funding for the printing and supply of textbooks for the next academic year.
Chief of Military Intelligence of the Central Region, Ismail Shukri, said Thursday that ISIS fugitives are moving freely in southern Sirte where Dignity Operation forces are positioned.
Shukri told Alnabaa TV that ISIS militants have found a safe-haven in Zillah town, saying Dignity Operation are obstructing Al-Bonyan Al-Marsoos hunting for ISIS fugitives in southern Sirte by providing safe corridors for them.
The spokesman of the Sudanese Army, Ahmed Al-Shami, has revealed that the involvement of Darfur rebels in the Libyan conflict is not something new, adding that the rebels themselves don't deny this fact.
Al-Shami added in press statements that after the rebels had been defeated in Darfur, they infiltrated into Libya and used the instability status in the southern region then got involved in the conflict by taking the side of Khalifa Haftar's forces.
The Attorney General of the eastern Interim Government in Libya ordered the arrest of Benghazi Medical Center (BMC) officials and demanded they be investigated for the complaints of health care negligence and hygiene standards in the center, according to a report by the Criminal Investigation Department in Benghazi.
The Health Minister of the Interim Government also sacked the administrative committee of the BMC over the investigation for the health conditions violations.
