The Tripolitanian Society condemned what the UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) is planning, saying it is, with those who back the return of military rule, working to abort 17 February revolution and the right of Libyans to decide on the fate of their country.
Two members' positive COVID-19 results delayed convening the third meeting of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) in Geneva on Wednesday, media outlets reported, citing LPDF members on the scene.
Anadolu Agency reported LPDF member Ziyad Daghim as saying that two members, who were in Tunisia, got infected by the Coronavirus and one of them was prevented from attending the third meeting after receiving positive COVID-19 result while the second showed symptoms on Tuesday.

The Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Jan Kubis, held Tuesday consultations with representatives of France, Germany, Italy, UK, and US (P3+2 ), following telephone conversations in the previous days with some other international partners including Russia and Morocco and Libyan high-level representatives, reiterating the need to have an agreed constitutional basis as soon as possible to enable holding national elections on 24 December 2021.
