For the third day in a row, Sabha court of appeals adjourned the session to look into the motion brought by Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi against his candidacy disqualification by the High National Elections Commission (HNEC) due to threats to judges by Khalifa Haftar's forces who have been cordoning off the courthouse for two days, according to identical sources.

The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) said in a statement on Monday that it was alarmed by increasing reports of intimidation and threats against judges and judicial employees, particularly those dealing with electoral-related complaints, as well as against candidates, in a number of locations in Libya, singling out its concern about the continued closure of Sabha Court of Appeal, in addition to reported threats against the judiciary in there.

Libya and Algeria have agreed to open the Al-Debdeb-Ghadames border crossing, as interior ministers of both sides met in Algeria to discuss bilateral relations.

Minister Khaled Mazen and his Algerian counterpart Kamal Beljoud discussed coordination in various fields, stressing that the visions are identical in many files.
