Deputy Prime Minister/ Acting Health Minister, Ramadan Abu Janah, has arrived in the Cuban capital, Havana, to take part in the fifth edition of the International Health Conference – Cuba 2025.
This year’s conference, held under the theme “One Health,” brings together global leaders, experts, and policymakers to share knowledge and address common health challenges.
Speaking upon his arrival, Abu Janah described the event as a "vital international platform for exchanging expertise and tackling shared health issues."
He emphasized Libya’s commitment to enhancing its international partnerships in the healthcare sector and expanding cooperation with friendly nations.
The minister also expressed his appreciation for the invitation extended by Cuba’s Minister of Health, José Miranda, praising the country’s role in fostering global health dialogue.
