The General Administration of Coastal Security announced on Sunday the rescue of 109 illegal immigrants of different nationalities, confirming that they were dropped off at the Al-Shaab port point of the administration’s Tripoli branch.
The immigrants were handed over to the Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency in the presence of representatives of the International Organization for Migration, with an emphasis on providing them with health care.
