The General Authority for Research and Identification of Missing Persons has confirmed the identities of 12 corps that the respective teams recovered earlier from mass graves in Tarhuna.
The relevant committee held a meeting to review the DNA results, as 12 cases were confirmed after completing identification procedures, the authority said.
The new developments bring the number of identified bodies to 208, most of them recovered from Tarhuna.
