Libyan coast guards in Tripoli rescued Monday 121 illegal immigrants who were found aboard a rubber boat off the coast of Garabulli district, east of Tripoli.

The migrants were from 10 African nationalities, including 95 men, 12 women, and 14 children, according to the Libyan Coast Guard Information Office.

After providing humanitarian and medical assistance, the rescued migrants were taken to the Sikka Road Shelter of the Illegal Immigration Agency in Tripoli.
