A hospital in the southern city of Kufra has received 25 cases of scorpion stings in just one day, according to the hospital's administration.
The hospital said it recorded 16 cases in just one hour on Friday, most of them were children.
With the summer season approaching, southerners fear scorpion stings, which could be deadly amid the intermittent vaccine supplies.
