The Illegal Immigration Agency (IIA) announced on Saturday that the first group of illegal immigrants of Moroccan nationality are to be repatriated to their country.

The head of the Media Office in the IIA, Husni Buayana, confirmed that the first flight would include 52 Moroccan immigrants to be deported via Mitiga International Airport on an Afriqiyah Airways flight.

Human Rights Solidarity stated on their official Facebook page on Saturday that Moroccan migrants were on hunger strike at the Sika Road Detention Center of the Illegal Immigration Agency.
