The Public Prosecutor’s Office has announced the imprisonment of nine defendants used forged documents to seize a plot of 5 hectares owned by the state and designated as a farmers’ union farm.
The court sentenced two defendants to three years in prison and obliged them to return 4.5 million dinars.
It also sentenced five of them to three years in prison, fined them five million and refunded 2,500,000.
