A member of the Implementation Monitoring Committee of The Misurata Tawergha Reconciliation Agreement, from Tawergha Abdul Nabi Abu Araba, said Friday, that all the people of the IDP camps showed a willingness to return to their city, but the absence of necessary services hinders the return of all the population.

"The committee is to receive more than 50 families who will enter the city within the next few hours," Abu Araba confirmed in a press statement, explaining that the committee had divided the returning families into groups.

Abu Araba added that they have received promises from the Presidential Council and the United Nations mission to provide support to the city to enable people to return to their homes as soon as possible.
