The Administrative Control Authority has ordered to stop dealing with the British-UAE pharmaceutical company “Texofarma” and to seize all its shipments.

The Ministry of Health said on Facebook that Director of the Pharmacy Department, Khalid Muharij, has confirmed the reception of official written notice by the Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority, Suleiman Mohammed Shanti with respect to halting all transactions with the company mentioned.

In its circular dated November 6, the Department of Pharmacy also requested the head of the Medical Supply Authority and the directors of public and private hospitals, specialized centres, and the chairman of the Public Tender Committee, to seize all shipments supplied by this company.
