The Libyan African Aviation Holding Company (LAAHC) announced that it had overcome the state of division in Afriqiyah Airways company and proceeded in unifying its Board of Directors.
On its Facebook page, LAAHC confirmed the assignment of Board Member Abu Bakr Al-Qadi as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Afriqiyah Airways and terminating all disputes and cases before the courts, which relate to the legal representation of the company at home and abroad.
The statement assured the company's employees that all future decisions will be approved and coordinated with the Board of Directors, especially those affecting the legal status of workers and the assignment of leadership positions.
