The Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, Mohammed Al-Haddad, has discussed efforts to establish an International Search and Rescue Center.
This came during a meeting on Monday with the chairman and members of the scientific committee participating in the International Conference on Air Sovereignty, which was organized by the Ministry of Defense in collaboration with the General Staff, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, and Transport.
The meeting included discussions on the core concept of air sovereignty within the framework of international law, as well as international agreements, in addition to the search and rescue program.
