Member of the Presidential Council, Musa Al-Koni, has stressed that the governance system will play a fundamental role in reducing financial and administrative corruption, and keeps the central government with its sovereign role.
Al-Koni added during a dialogue session that Libya has turned into two poles, eastern and western, with complete disregard for the Fezzan region, as he put it, stressing that working with the governance system would ease the burden on the capital, which has become bearing the burden of all the tragedies resulting from the political division, which everyone is heading towards to seize power or spoils from it.
The session discussed the latest developments in Libya at various levels, and the repercussions of the spectre of division that Libya suffers from with the presence of a divided parliament, two governments and two armies, each moving within its control and not over the entire Libyan territory.
