Member of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi, has stressed the importance of supporting the national project to localize postgraduate studies at home.
This came during his visit to the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate Studies on Sunday, where he met with the president of the academy and a number of its professors.
Al-Lafi praised the scientific and practical organization within the academy and its affiliated scientific schools, pointing out the importance of aligning educational outcomes with the labour market so that educational institutions contribute to building a better society.
In turn, the President of the Academy briefed Al-Lafi on the progress of study, the various scientific specializations, training programs, and the Academy’s role in building competencies and capabilities in various fields of science and knowledge.
