Al-Madina Football Club has officially appointed Serbian coach Dejan Arsov as head coach of the first team, replacing Egyptian coach Tarek El-Ashry after the team’s heavy defeat to Al-Olympi in the last round of the hexagonal of the Libyan Football League, losing 5–0.

Arsov will assume his duties starting from the third round of the Hexagonal competition, leading the team in an upcoming match against Al-Ittihad Misrati on Tuesday.

The new technical staff also includes Mohamed Al-Qweiri as assistant coach and Mohamed Al-Ghizawi as team manager.
