The Libyan Foreign Minister, Najla Al-Mangoush, confirmed the start of implementing the steps that would lead toward Libyan elections according to a short and clear roadmap.

These remarks came in a phone call between Al-Mangoush and the British Under Secretary of State for African Affairs, Gillian Keegan, during which they discussed the government's steps to hold elections.

The British official talked about her government's support for the Government of National Unity to reach parliamentary and presidential elections as per a roadmap and a correct constitutional basis. They also discussed boosting bilateral relations.
