Foreign Minister Najla El-Manqoush arrived in Algeria on Friday to participate in the foreign ministers' preparatory meeting for the upcoming "Arab Summit" scheduled on Nov. 1-2 in Algiers.

The foreign ministers' meeting will feature the handover of the Arab summit presidency between Tunisia and Algeria.

Algerian Foreign Minister Lamamra will take over the presidency of the 31st session of the Arab Summit from his Tunisian counterpart Othman Al-Jarandi, whose country chaired the previous session.

To start with, the top Arab diplomats will adopt the summit's agenda and take up the draft resolutions before moving to a consultative session the next day and ending the meeting with cultural activity.
