The Foreign Minister, Najla Al-Manqoush, has discussed with the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, strengthen cooperation between the Libyan judiciary and the ICC, in issues related to human rights and the mass graves file in the city of Tarhuna, by providing international technical support to ensure achieving justice, accountability and stability.

Both sides also discussed the possibility of holding an international conference in Libya under the supervision of the ICC as soon as possible.

Al-Manqoush praised the role of the Libyan judiciary in performing its duties, stressing the consolidation of the concept of norms of justice in the transitional stages.
