The UN envoy to Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, has reiterated the need to accelerate work to complete the constitutional path and go for elections.
Bathily's remarks came at a meeting with the head of the High Council of State, Khaled Al-Mishri, and his second deputy, Omar Abu-Shah.
The two sides followed up on the recent meetings held between the House of Representatives and the HCS regarding the constitutional rule, which will lead to parliamentary and presidential elections.
