The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khaled Al-Mishri, discussed on Wednesday, with the British ambassador to Libya, Caroline Hurndall, the UN envoy Bathily’s initiative on organizing elections, which he announced in his briefing to the Security Council last week.
The two sides reviewed the political developments in the country, especially the 13th constitutional amendment that was recently approved by the House of Representatives and the HCS.
