The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khaled Al-Mishri, has discussed with the Turkish ambassador to Libya, Kenan Yilmaz, cooperation between the two countries, advancing the political process, and supporting the committees for preparing laws and legislation to reach the elections during 2023.
Last Friday, Al-Mishri reviewed with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu in Istanbul the latest international political developments, and ways to reach elections in Libya, according to the HCS Facebook page.
