The High Council of State's (HCS) Head, Khaled Al-Mishri, received the Algerian Ambassador to Libya, Suleiman Chenine, and his deputy, Larbi Ben Ouda at the HSC HQ on Saturday.
Ambassador Chenine highlighted the deep bonds between Algeria and Libya and the role of such visits in developing cooperation at all levels.
Both sides exchanged notes on "the achievements" made on the constitutional track, which would open the way for the long-awaited elections in the country.
Al-Mishri stressed the importance of maintaining the relationship with the neighbouring country for the benefit of both nations.
