The head of the High Council of State, Khaled Al-Mishri, and the Ambassador of the European Union Mission to Libya, Jose Sabadell, have stressed the necessity of reaching consensus between the House of Representatives (HoR) and the HCS in order to reach a sound constitutional and legal basis.
Both sides confirmed during their meeting in Tripoli, their support for the Libyan people to hold free and fair elections, which have been suspended for more than six months.
