The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khaled Al-Mishri, met on Sunday with the Turkish ambassador to Libya, Kenan Yilmaz.
Both sides discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen and support them, in addition to the developments of the postponed Libyan electoral process.
They stressed the necessity of adopting the constitution as soon as possible, so that the elections take place on sound foundations and Libya reaches the stage of stability.
