The Attorney General, Al-Siddiq Al-Sour, discussed Monday with the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Fawzi Al-Nuwairi, coordinating efforts between all authorities to combat corruption, including the role of the legislative authority through the control bodies of the HoR.
This came during a meeting that brought them together, at the headquarters of the HoR in the capital, Tripoli.
The meeting comes within the framework of following up and supporting the efforts of the Attorney General in combating corruption, standing on the most important issues affecting public money, and supporting laws and legislation, the HoR spokesman, Abdullah Bliheq said.
