Because of the Speaker Aqila Saleh's unilateral approach at the House of Representatives (HoR), member Mohammed Al-Raeid and other west-based members rejected attending the session that was held in Benghazi on Thursday.

Al-Raeid told reporters that the reason for their rejection was the fact that Saleh had been working unilaterally without any commitment to the bylaws of the HoR.

He also said the HoR Speaker had beeing issuing decisions and laws without putting them for vote, reiterating that there's no quorum nor there is any agenda for those laws and decisions.

Speaker Saleh convened Thursday an HoR session in Benghazi to discuss the outcome of his recent visit to Qatar and Turkey.
