The Head of the Presidential Council (PC), Fayez Al-Sarraj, held discussions with the Constitution Drafting Assembly on methods to find solutions, constitutionally, which would peacefully transfer the country to a civil democratic state.

Al-Sarraj stressed during the talks, that constitutional solutions would need to be completed through due process, by holding parliamentary and constitutional elections, adding that Libya is presently going through a decisive yet critical phase, which requires all Libyans to face historical national responsibilities, stressing the importance of establishing a permanent constitution for the country.
