The former regime's military intelligence chief, Abdullah Al-Senussi, will appear again before the Tripoli Court of Appeal, in a session scheduled for next Monday, according to his lawyer, Ahmed Nashad.
Nashad said that his client's health condition is somewhat stable and there is nothing new about it, but due to Al-Senussi's age and medical history, his health condition deteriorates from time to time.
He noted that Al-Senussi has a decision to be released on health grounds in accordance with the provisions of the law, and he is "the most important prisoner in Libyan prisons."
Al-Senussi's lawyer denied that his client's health condition has deteriorated, as circulated on some social media pages, stressing that the news circulating in this regard is "inaccurate."
