Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune expressed his country's willingness to cooperate with Tunisia in order to end the political deadlock and build a consensus that would lead to elections.

In his meeting with his Tunisian counterpart on Sunday, Tebboune said that their proposal to bring together the Libyan parties requires the consent of the international actors, including UN members and the European countries.

The two presidents stressed the need to find a peaceful Libyan-Libyan solution, reiterating their rejection for foreign interference and the flow of arms to Libya.
