Royal Jordanian Airlines has announced an agreement to resume flights between Amman and Tripoli starting September 17 after a years-long hiatus.
The regional agent for Jordanian Airlines in Libya, Ihsam Bin Fahed, Chairman of Pluto Travel and Tourism Company, has affirmed that the company will facilitate visa issuance for Libyan citizens seeking to travel to Jordan for medical treatment, tourism, and other purposes.
In July, a delegation from the Jordanian Civil Aviation Authority visited Libya to explore the feasibility of resuming direct flights between Amman and Tripoli. The team conducted a comprehensive review of Tripoli's airport infrastructure and logistical arrangements.
