Attorney General Saddik Al-Sour has concluded a visit to Italy to discuss issues of mutual interest to the Judurition system of both countries.

According to the Libyan Embassy in Italy, Al-Sour had a meeting with the Attorney General of the Italian Supreme Monetary Court Giovanni Salvi, the Italian Deputy Attorney General Luigi Salvazo, and the Attorney General for Combating Mafia and Terrorism Cafiero de Raho, in the presence of Libya's Ambassador to Italy Omar Al-Tarhuni.

Al-Sour agreed with Attorney General Giovanni Salvi to support investigations and exchange information on criminal organizations.

As a step to unify efforts on combating terrorism, organized crime, human trafficking, and illegal immigration, the two sides discussed activating the MoU signed in between and developing a mechanism and protocol for its implementation.
