The Attorney General, Siddiq Al-Sour discussed with the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, Kenan Yilmaz ways to enhance judicial cooperation in criminal matters between the Libyan and Turkish public prosecutors.
The two sides reviewed, in a meeting held in Tripoli, ways to enhance the cooperation by responding to requests for mutual legal assistance submitted by either of them to its counterpart, the Office of the Attorney General revealed through its Facebook account.
The meeting also dealt with the extradition mechanism of wanted people; in accordance with the rules and conditions stipulated in the agreement concluded by the two countries together with certain requests for mutual legal assistance; and their latest developments.
